LetterFlow is a newsletter reading application designed to help you organize and read your email newsletters in one place. The Service provides:

Newsletter Aggregation: Connection to your Gmail account to identify, extract, and display newsletter content
Reading Interface: A clean, distraction-free environment to read your newsletters
Organization Tools: Folders, custom feeds, and read-later functionality to manage your reading
Inbox Decluttering (Optional): Automatic labeling and removal of newsletters from your inbox

3. Google API Services User Data Policy

Google Compliance Disclosure:
LetterFlow's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3.1 Gmail API Access

When you connect your Gmail account, you grant LetterFlow access to:

Read email content: We access email headers and bodies to identify newsletters and display their content
Create and manage labels: We create labels to organize your newsletters (only when you enable decluttering)
Modify emails: We can add labels and remove emails from your inbox (only when you enable decluttering)

3.2 Limited Use Compliance

Our use of Google user data is limited to:

Providing the newsletter reading features described in this agreement
Improving the Service's ability to detect and display newsletters

We do NOT use Google user data for:

Serving advertisements of any kind
Selling or transferring data to third parties
Training AI or machine learning models
Any purpose unrelated to the core newsletter reading functionality

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

Keep your password confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Not share your account with others

4.3 Gmail Connection

By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize LetterFlow to access your email data as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect your Gmail account at any time through the app settings or by revoking access through your Google Account permissions.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may NOT:

Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
Impersonate LetterFlow, our employees, or other users
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

The Service, including its original content (excluding newsletter content from your email), features, functionality, design, and branding, is owned by LetterFlow and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to your email content and newsletters. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to access, process, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services, including Google Gmail. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

Scheduled or emergency maintenance
Technical issues or failures
Factors beyond our control (internet outages, third-party service issues)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

10. Account Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete Account" feature in your settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

Breach these Terms
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
Abuse the Service or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

The results from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
All newsletters will be correctly identified or displayed

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LETTERFLOW AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
Damages resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data

This limitation applies whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, regardless of whether we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Your use of the Service

Your violation of any rights of another party

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LetterFlow operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will:

Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
Notify you via email or through the Service for significant changes
Provide at least 30 days' notice before material changes take effect

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability
