1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LetterFlow (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

LetterFlow is a reading application designed to organize email newsletters. The Service connects to your email provider (e.g., Gmail) to identify, categorize, and display newsletter content in a dedicated reading interface.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy

Google Compliance Disclosure:
LetterFlow's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We only access data strictly necessary to provide the Service:

Read-only access to email headers and bodies to identify newsletters and subscriptions.
Modification access (optional) to apply labels or archive emails only upon your explicit instruction (e.g., using "Inbox Decluttering" features).

We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, nor do we transfer this data to third parties for advertising purposes.

4. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password or credentials used to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the practices outlined therein, including the collection and use of data to improve your reading experience.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

In any way that violates any applicable national or international law.
To transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising (spam), unrelated to the newsletter management functionality of the app.
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate LetterFlow, a LetterFlow employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by your newsletters), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LetterFlow Inc. and its licensors.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LetterFlow Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
